Our clients value the reliability and consistency of our fragrance polymers, as well as the customization capacity we offer.
Since 2019, Scent Emotions has been operating its own compounding plant to develop fragrance polymers that are perfectly integrated and tailored to each specific application. It operates eighteen injection molding machines that run 24 hours a day, transforming materials into finished pieces while maintaining full control over every stage of the production process. The vertical integration provides key advantages, such as speed in development, maximum confidentiality, and precise control over release parameters, shape and durability.
Transforming Spaces with Intelligent Diffusion and Sensory Innovation
Innovation extends beyond materials into delivery systems. Its fan-powered diffusers maximize fragrance dispersion efficiency and ensure a uniform experience in larger spaces. Compared to traditional fragrance products, users can control fragrance intensity according to their preferences. They also deliver a longer-lasting fragrance performance and can incorporate functional fragrances. Combining mechanical engineering with olfactory science, the company creates a differentiated user experience.
A rigorous product-oriented quality control system backs every innovation. The process begins with the selection of certified raw materials and extends through every stage of compounding and injection processes. Products undergo controlled fragrance release tests, stability and durability trials and mechanical resistance verifications to meet agreed specifications. Accredited external laboratories validate safety and compliance with international standards.
In 2025, artificial vision technologies powered by artificial intelligence were integrated into the injection lines, enabling real-time defect detection, ensuring precise tolerances, and enhancing batch traceability. The technological leap has increased process efficiency and elevated batch-to-batch consistency, giving clients the confidence of receiving reliable, homogeneous and safe products.
An emblematic example of artistic perfumery is its collaboration with Givaudan in the exhibition “Máret Ánne Sara” (Hyundai Commission) at the Tate Modern Museum in London. Scent Emotions provided the technology and aromatic polymers required to integrate the olfactory creations of perfumer Nadjib Achaibou into the exhibited sculptures. The role of Scent Emotions was crucial in stabilizing the fragrances within the polymers, creating a unique multisensory experience that transcended mere visual contemplation and offered visitors an immersive interaction.
Scent Emotions’ mastery of polymer technology and delivery systems is setting new benchmarks in sensory innovation, leading to a measurable business advantage.
